At the stage of choosing a house, the assessment will always be subjective; for an objective assessment, it is necessary to order an expert assessment.
The developer can promise a lot in brochures and on renders, and in the sales office, the client can also be presented with a beautiful product, but in fact, it may look completely different.
There are objective factors, when, for example, one finishing material is replaced with another of similar quality, since it is physically impossible to organize deliveries of the first at the moment. If this does not violate the technology, there are no questions. There is another side – when a material with less successful quality characteristics is selected, the amount of greenery in the yard decreases. Therefore, buyers often evaluate the quality of the future house based on the company’s already completed projects, look at how well the developer fulfills its promises, how satisfied the residents are.
Now we have a very wide information field, and we all actively use it. The developer’s “track record”, the projects he has already built and the feedback from shareholders about them – all this is available. All permitting documentation for the project can be found on the company’s website or on the Internet. The buyer only needs time to study the company and make a choice.
