To begin with, of course, you need ingredients that come in handy for the preparation of a chocolate cake:

– Tiles of dark, but not bitter chocolate. You will need to split it into several small pieces.

– Approximately 125 g of oil specially softened before cooking; And also a little oil that is useful to you to lubricate cakes.

First, prepare the chocolate mixture: put the tile on small pieces, put in a bowl with four tablespoons of water, put it all in the microwave – the chocolate melt, and stir the mixture until a homogeneous mass so that there are no lumps. Then take a couple of eggs, butter and sugar – and beat everything with a mixer, also until a homogeneous mass. Add to melted chocolate and add cognac there, stir again thoroughly.

Next, take the cakes and cut all of them into three more thin layers. And start laying one layer of cake in an already greased mold, then a chocolate mixture, again a layer of cake and again a chocolate mixture. Repeat this until the ingredients end, and remember that the last layer should be cake!

Cover the cake with cling film – one – two layers will be enough, and put a large plate as a press on top. Put the cake in the refrigerator for 24 hours, and then, when you get together to serve it to guests, turn the cake to a festive dish and go ahead – surprise everyone with your chocolate masterpiece!
