Kyiv apartments are in high demand

Throughout January 2013, among all potential buyers of residential real estate, located on the territory of Kyiv, more than 50 percent of such buyers intended to purchase apartments, while 34.5 percent are interested in acquiring their own country houses. At the same time, a little more than 15 percent of all customers accounted for the commercial and commercial real estate segment, one of the domestic analytical companies was conducted by the corresponding study.

In accordance with existing information, a significant number of buyers of metropolitan real estate expressed their interest in residential real estate, the cost of which exceeds 100 thousand American dollars.

The distribution of financial capabilities can be the following in nature:

– More than 20 percent of potential buyers expressed their readiness to provide from 50 to 70 thousand American dollars for an apartment, this indicator is the highest;

– A little less than 20 percent announced their intention to part with the amount of 30 to 50 thousand dollars when purchasing an apartment or a country house;

– 17.4 percent – reported to invest from 60 to 80 thousand dollars in their own housing.

Most experts and real estate market analysts drew attention to the fact that over the past year, purchasing demand for real estate, worth more than 100 thousand dollars has increased. In January of the current 2013, this indicator amounted to about 6 percent of the entire purchasing demand for apartments.

In the period of the month of last year, the greatest interest among buyers was caused by objects, which were two -room apartments – they accounted for about 46 percent of all consumer demand. Buyers also paid close attention to the indicator of the area of ​​apartments. About 30 percent of all buyers showed interest in residential property, with an area of ​​50 to 80 squares, a little more than 15 percent of buyers showed interest in housing from 80 to 100 square meters. So far, analysts are not ready to give forecasts regarding further purchasing demand for housing in the metropolitan region.
