The unified and operating throughout Ukraine database on land plots should have greatly facilitated the life of many of our compatriots, only in practice this relief will not affect all and not immediately.
In accordance with the new cadastral map of the country, which began work in early January of the current 2013, almost everyone has the opportunity to obtain detailed information on all land plots of the country. The cadastral map contains all the necessary data, starting from the area to the borders and actually the owners of these sections themselves. Without a doubt, this kind of statement is true, but it is only necessary to pay attention to several key reservations at once. There are simply no large number of land on the new cadastral map, and the data regarding the owners of the same plots are largely distorted.
Each Internet user has the opportunity to view the state land database, for this it will be enough to click several times with the mouse. It is noteworthy is the fact that access from outside to database is completely closed.
All data on the cadastral map are updated daily. Just finding the most complete information relative to a certain land plot will be quite problematic. In the vast majority of cases, there is completely no data on the form of ownership of the land plot. This is not the only drawback of the new cadastral map. There are a number of technical difficulties: quite often there is a displacement of the boundaries of land plots. The developers plan after a certain period of time to completely eliminate these problems. At the same time, the adopted version of the cadastral map provides access exclusively to the physical parameters of this land plot. Data regarding the owners of land has appropriate notes on state, private or communal property.
