For the most part, Ukrainians cannot afford a new apartment

According to analysts of our resource, the vast majority of Ukrainians, about 97 percent, for this period of time is not able to afford the purchase of a new apartment. Thus, we can speak regarding the formation of delayed demand for residential property. Experts pay attention to the fact that residential real estate objects are the most striking indicator of development and construction in Ukraine. To ensure the full -fledged and high -quality work of the construction and real estate market in the country, it is necessary to determine two very important factors – the ability to form savings from the Ukrainian population, as well as the presence of an affordable mortgage program on the domestic market. Most local Ukrainian realtors are also of this opinion.

If we consider the problems of the issue of an affordable mortgage program, then the key problem is precisely in “accessibility”. For most of our compatriots, interest rates and requirements for this program are practically unbearable. A similar situation can also be observed in the savings market: most Ukrainians simply do not get their own earnings in order to subsequently postpone their certain part to acquire residential real estate. In this regard, we can draw a logical conclusion regarding the fact that residential real estate for the acquisition of most of our compatriots remains inaccessible.

Despite such a difficult situation that has developed in the country, in addition to negative consequences, it has positive aspects. First of all, it is necessary to turn to the formed huge potential of customers. Experts pay attention: after a certain period of time, this deferred demand will still be replenished. Most domestic developers continue to implement completely new projects for residential real estate objects. But only when our compatriots will be ready to purchase housing – it is not known. The situation will continue to aggravate this year, since the forecasts of analysts are quite disappointing. Some of them are already talking about stagnation of the real estate market.
