Recently it became known that the capital’s government made an order for the construction of more than one hundred thousand meters of square facilities of public infrastructure and residential complex. The order of Glavmosstroy will execute the order, which is included in the holding called the Basic Element belonging to the famous Russian entrepreneur Oleg Deripaska. The news was said by the developer himself. The construction contract in the amount of more than four billion rubles was signed with the enterprise “Moscow Center for Children’s, Family Rest and Holy”.
According to construction plans, all planned facilities will be commissioned already to the second quarter of next year. As a result, a new house with underground parking at two levels in the Lefortovo district will appear in the city; residential building on Panfilovsky Prospekt, also with underground parking; and residential building, kindergarten and underground parking on Academician Vinogradov Street.
Back in October the year before last, the publication of RBC Daily posted on its pages the material that Glavmosstroy allegedly received half of the contracts for the construction of capital social housing. In the summer of 2011, this information was confirmed by Roman Tkach, who serves as the coordinator of the coalition to protect Moscow. He stated that Vladimir Resin, who was at that time, was signed by the deputy mayor of the capital,.
However, Glavmosmroy himself has repeatedly refuted this information. According to representatives of the company, in the first half of last year, the company won several auctions for the right to build municipal capital housing and a power supply project. The total amount of contracts is about two and a half billion rubles, it is about six percent of all investments that the Moscow government planned to invest in the construction of residential buildings. The developer also provided information that in 2011, only 19 percent of the total number of facilities put into operation was a city price. The Glavmosstroy company filed a lawsuit in the arbitration court with a request to recover from Roman Tkach for compensation for the damage caused by the reputation of the company, in the amount of one ruble and completely refute the obviously false, according to the company, the information that it distributed. The court, however, postponed the consideration of the case several times, once again transferring it to April 2012.
The Glavmosstroy company has been known in the capital construction market since 1954. During this time, she repeatedly implemented the programs of the Moscow Government for the construction of various kinds of facilities, in particular housing.
