Fry flour in butter (flour should be golden), cool for several minutes. Add tomato paste and sour cream to flour, mix everything well. Put on fire again and boil for 5 minutes. At the end add salt (to taste), mix. The sauce turned out.

Stuffed tomatoes eggplant caviar

Composition: tomatoes – 10 pieces, parsley, black pepper (ground).

Composition for cooking: eggplant-2-3 pieces, onions and tomatoes-two pieces, vegetable oil-3 tablespoons, garlic-5-6 lobules, ground black pepper and salt.

Tomatoes should be the same maturity and size. In washed tomatoes, cut the pulp from the side of the stalk, remove the middle with a spoon, salt. Fill the tomato caviar, and sprinkle with greens for decoration.

The resulting mass, transfer to the pan, first should be coated with oil and sprinkled with breadcrumbs (instead of the pan, you can use the pan). Align the surface of the sprinkled mass with a spoon and grease with sour cream.

Put in the oven and bake.

Before serving the casserole on the table, it must be watered with sour cream.
