How to deal with food dependence correctly?

Firstly, you should not completely abandon your favorite product. If you give yourself an installation like: “I will never use chocolate again!”, then after a few days you will feel a great desire to enjoy them, because the forbidden fruit, as you know, is sweet. But if you tell yourself that you will still be chocolate, but reduce its dose, then you will no longer have such an irresistible desire to taste it, because your chocolate is not prohibited by you. Therefore, if you have a strong desire to eat your favorite product – eat it by reducing its dose. At the same time, you can console yourself with the fact that you can eat more, but you simply do not have such a desire.

Do not buy products from the traction to which you strive to get rid of, do not turn your refrigerator or your warehouse warehouse. Let these products in your house not be. Of course, of course, there is no doubt that you will still have a desire to eat them, but if you want to go to the store for them, this is another question.

Try to avoid the opportunity to buy your favorite ice cream or chips. If your way home lies past the grocery store, try not to go into it without special need or, better, go home another road on which you will not be in wait for the temptations.
