In Ukraine, the real estate market is completely paralyzed

Since the beginning of January 2013, new rules have entered into their official force regarding the registration of the right to own property of real estate. As a result, the long -term BTI monopoly in this industry will completely sink on the fly. For this period of time, formal functions are assigned to the state registration service, as well as notaries. In accordance with the ideas of the authors of this bill, new changes will have to simplify the general procedure on the transfer of property rights in accordance with the principle of “single window”. But such innovations are not planned to be introduced not immediately, but gradually.

If we consider the issues of introducing new changes from a formal point of view, then they should largely contribute to the simplification of the procedure for transferring property rights for all owners of real estate, while it was planned to form additional guarantees of such a transfer. In a promising future, such a development of events will still be observed, and fraudulent real estate transactions will be completely eliminated. It’s just that you need to realize that all this will be observed only in the future and far from the near future. Most domestic experts still hope that common sense will triumph and domestic politicians will delay the implementation of this document. This is quite possible, since the Ministry of Justice has not officially approved the procedure for conducting relevant notarial actions. Therefore, at the moment, notaries simply do not have sufficient authority to register such a transactions plan. It is still unknown how this situation will last long.

Long -flowing lines of the Dnepropetrovsk BTI, which were observed on the eve of the New Year, look quite logical against the backdrop of everything that was happening. Those who managed to carry out real estate transactions can sleep calmly, but all the unsuccessful will be forced to be in limbo for at least several months. But if we assume that the new order in the next few days will nevertheless be completely approved, a huge confusion in the country simply cannot be avoided. No one has theoretical, and even more so, practical skills in the implementation of transactions.
