According to Kostroma, dependence on suppliers, problems with the quality of coal reduce the energy security of the region. Peat when burning gives no less gigacalories than stone coal, and it is not required to reduce the boiler rooms under it. In addition, the availability of their own raw material base and a significant reduction in transportation costs determine the lower cost of peat blunders and, therefore, a more successful holding of the heating season. Almost built a peat rocket plant in Pyshchuga is designed to produce 15 thousand tons of products per year. The completion of the enterprise and commissioning requires approximately 1 million rubles. The leadership of the regional energy commission invited the heads of neighboring regions to take part in this project in order to subsequently return the invested funds due to preferential prices for peat officials.
During the construction of the plant, new sandwich panels were used to warm the facades of the building, the price of which can significantly save due to the simplicity of installation, modernization and repair of panels.
The result of the meeting was the preliminary consent of the heads of local self -government for the registration of a budget loan from the regional budget for shared participation in the completion of the plant.
