How to turn the communicator into a wi-fi access point

In our information age, a lot of people spend their free time in the global network. And, as a rule, Internet access may be needed in the most unexpected place: in the park, car, travel, etc.D.

You can get into the World Wide Web using Wi-Fi Technology, which is present in many large cities in various places. But, as a rule, access there is closed by password, and where not – the connection with the Internet is almost zero.

Once I caught my eye with an old communicator QTEK 9090 with a broken nest for a SIM card and a large display, where it is very convenient to type the text with a stylus. Without thinking twice, I decided to launch him on a free swimming in the World Wide Web using the ASUS P750 as a Bluetooth modem.

But, it wasn’t there! Surresped! The 750th completely refused to work, all the time issuing errors “Connection is impossible” and “Password is incorrectly entered”.

Here’s the bad luck! I decided to look at specialized forums, maybe knowing people that smart will tell. After several hours of painstaking study, it was possible to find out that the ASUS P750 is really not able to work as a Bluetooth modem. It was possible to find out if you need wireless Internet access, then the most correctly configure the ASUS P750 as a Wi-Fi access point and organize a local WLAN (Wireless Local Area Network).

To do this, I downloaded one of the specialized programs called “WMWIFIROUTER”.

By the way, after the installation it turned out that the program supports not only Wi-Fi, but also USB and Bluetooth. In total, 5 modes are supported:

Wi-Fi via USB

USB via Wi-Fi

3G via USB

3G through Wi-Fi

3G via Bluetooth

The interface of the program is English, but you can still understand intuitively. To create a network, it is enough to choose the default settings and come up with a password (from five to eleven digits).

After all the settings, QTEK 9090 finally displayed the WMWIFIROUTER_1470 network, after clicking on which it was necessary to enter an invented access password, which I did well and did it. And, lo and about a miracle! It happened! I was able to tame Wi-Fi and act as the captain of the ship, going on a fascinating voyage on the World Wide Web.

By the way, I do not recommend leaving the outlet for a long time, t.To. Wi-Fi is a large electricity lover and the battery is discharged many times faster than with the usual operation of the device.
